Enrollment 
Places on the courses are secured in advance by payment in full.
Confirmation
We will send you confirmation of your booking after receipt of payment.
Allocation
The allocation of places are on a first come first serve basis.
Clothing and Safety 
Robust and sensible footwear MUST be worn. Clothing must be made of
natural fibres and should not be loose. Synthetic clothing must not be worn. We reserve the right
to refuse to include you in the course, if we feel you are inappropriately dressed. In this event no
refund will be forthcoming. Hair must be tied back. Safety glasses and arm wear will be provided by us.
Equipment 
All tools and materials are supplied and are inclusive in the booking fee.
Cancellations 
Cancellation of your place on a course must be given 5 or more weeks before
attendance. In this event you will be refunded 75% of your fee. If you cancel your place less than
5 weeks prior to your course date no part of your fee will be refunded.
ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE GIVEN IN WRITING.
If, due to unforseen circumstances, you are unable to attend your
course on the date booked, we will try to accommodate you on another date, but are unable to
guarantee this. In this instance only 50% of your booking fee will be refunded.
We reserve the right to cancel a course for whatever reason and will try to give as much notice as possible.
 In the event of this happening, we will offer you an alternative date at which to attend.
If you do not wish to accept the alternative date, a refund will be made to you in full.
Eirian Studio Glass cannot accept liability for consequential loss, such as accommodation
 or travel etc.,costs in the case of cancellation.
Accommodation 
We do not include accommodation in the course. If accommodation is required,
this must be arranged by you.
Food and Drink 
We do not provide lunch in the course. Luncheon arrangements must be
made by you. Tea, coffee and bottled water will be offered on the course.

Packing and Posting
All glass made must go through the annealing process, and will therefore
not be available to take with you on the day. Your work can be forwarded to you at a
cost of £15.00. This will cover the cost of grinding, polishing, packing and posting to you.
We cannot accept responsibility for any breakage during transit.
